Our appointment request form is provided by our patient communication platform (GoHighLevel) and is embedded from that provider. When you complete it, the information you type — such as your name, phone number, email address and the reason you are reaching out — is transmitted directly from your browser to that provider's systems. It is not stored in this website's code, browser storage or server logs.

Online scheduling is handled on our practice management portal (ChiroTouch) at a separate website. Information you enter there is governed by that platform and by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, not by this website.

If you call or email us directly, we use that information to respond to you and to coordinate care.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical request information such as IP address, browser type, referring page and the pages requested. This is used to serve the site, keep it secure and diagnose errors.

This website does not run advertising trackers, session recording or keystroke capture. The embedded appointment form and any embedded map or scheduling link may set cookies from their own providers when you interact with them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Your browser may send a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is nothing for us to opt you out of.

We use third parties to run parts of our practice and website, including our website hosting provider, our patient communication platform, our practice management and patient scheduling platform, and mapping services. Providers that handle protected health information on our behalf do so under a business associate agreement.

Information submitted through our forms and scheduling tools is retained by those platforms under our account settings and applicable Florida and federal recordkeeping requirements. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them through the site. Care for minor patients is arranged by a parent or legal guardian.
